I had a wonderful time staying at Vapore in Neum. The location was perfect, and the receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the beautiful sea view from my balcony. The hotel had a great atmosphere and the rooftop terrace was a highlight. The music events in Neum were a unique and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

I encountered a minor issue during check-in as I had to wait for the receptionist to finish a phone call. It would have been more efficient if they had ended the call earlier to assist me.

Also, there was Jezero Kuti Lake, set within 10 minutes drive. The room had the sea view which is a plus. Will come back, the property met requirements...

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The parking was great with an elevator to reception, making it easily accessible. Our room was cleaned daily with attention to detail and had a beautiful sea view. The hotel had great facilities including a bar, restaurant, and buffet. The staff were kind and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. we had a fantastic time at this hotel and highly recommend it.

The hotel was very clean. The room had central heating, a safe, and a TV. The staff was affable and deserves a 4-star rating.

The hotel had a great location, just steps away from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. the comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep.

There were a few aspects that left something to be desired. The elevators were small and not enough, which created long waiting times.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed two complementary facts offered by the hotel, which enhanced our overall experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it provided us with easy access to nearby attractions and the city center.

Sadly, the on-site pool and sauna were closed, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to using them.
